Getting correct medication frustration?

I was diagnosed with Bi-polar disorder and depression in 2007 when I was 19 years old. I'm not sure if I gradually starting exhibiting symptoms my last year of college since it was the earliest I can remember having symptoms. I never had behavioral problems until I was 19 either. I straighten out after a year and half and decided to go to college. In the town that I go to school in, in the midwest there's really good resources for people with mental health illnesses and concerns. When I first got here I thought that I could handle myself without any medication but after a year and a half I hit rock bottom and after 2 hospitalizations I was referred to the mental health center in town where I began seeing a therapist and psychiatrist. I really liked my therapist but my psychiatrist really frustrated me because she never listened to my symptoms and side effects and from one day to another she would take prescriptions away. It got the point that I broke down and had to be hospitalized for a week because I went 2 weeks without sleeping. I gave up going back to there and started smoking marijuana on a daily basis to self medicate. A year and some months later I really feel like I need to be medicated before my symptoms get worse. On top of everything I've explained to her in the past that I really could not concentrate in class and she said it was my bipolar disorder affecting my concentration but no matter how much dosage of mood stabilizers or antidepressants she gave me, I still wasn't really suffering in class. I just want a low mood stabilizer to balance out my moods a little. I've gotten adderrall from a friend in the past and I was actually able to concentrate in class and get so much homework done and remember what I studied and read but I don't want to use it under does conditions. I'm going to call tomorrow to set up an appointment but Im afraid I might end up with the same doctor who will not no concern about what I'm feeling or experiencing. I've taken a ADD assessment that overwhelming showed that I had ADD and I've seen multiple doctors that have diagnosed me with the depression and bi-polar...is there anything I can do to make them actually listen to me? I just want to live a normal life despite my mental illness.

Why do some people like to try to make a quiet and calm person angry?

I notice this a lot actually. That if you are the sort of person who is quiet and keeps to yourself more people flock to you but only to try to rile you up. It could be that deep down I'm just short tempered and they mean no harm but I notice this a lot. What is so exciting about making a person who is usually quiet and serene lash out? The thing is I really don't want to lash out because I know I will get physical and hurt someone. I know I will so I try so hard to keep my cool and act like I don't care. Do I sound like I should seek anger management? I never get violent but the thoughts are there and I get so angry so easily. I cannot take a teasing joke. There's only three people I allow this from-all female and all related to me. It's like I have this wall and if people try to get cozy with me I feel violated and extremely offended.

This verifes they went there, and me getting my cat back varifies what the psychic says. Also, i wrote dates down. Little do they know i know anything about this, but they will know soon

Why do people tend to flock around me when Im PMT'ing? I don't get it?

I swear down when ever Im going through PMT unaware of it at the time but anytime I have PMT that's when everyone flocks around me can the aura radiate confusion and attract people and Im always going through hell during that time, how can people sense that Im going through that? And then prompt themselves to come around me. Ive actually recorded it on the calender the only time people well family and its usually to start confusion but they come around me during PMT why pick that time? and now I definitely know before hand Im going to try and nip it in the but but because my Cycle is irregular its hard to know when it crops up.

Is something wrong with my chicken?

My chicken Butters (hehe). She is a lot slower then a lot of the other chickens. She doesn't have good balance and either she is a runt or is the youngest one of them. She has an arched back and a long neck. She can roost fine but she gets scared of jumping off high roost or high areas. She can fly really good. When I say shes slow when everyone is inside the house and there might be 2 other chickens outside but in another spot she just sits there and does nothing unless I go up to her she comes back to earth. Everyone loves her and she is a really nice chicken she doesn't bother the baby chickens at all. She is pretty to. I'm just really worried that if she goes in the woods on her own instead of staying with the flock she might get eaten or hurt if she goes to far. She's my favorite out of the teens and I've already lost the first 4 chickens who were the adults and now I only have the 2 left out of the adult chickens.

When you click on city hall or a sim, do you get a menu that says nraas? If it is installed correctly, you can click on a sim, computer, or city hall and it will have nraas as one of the options. When you click that option, you will be able to change the settings from there. If you don't see that option, you have installed wrong. Make sure you put the mods folder in Downloads/sims3 folder (not program files). Also the resource.cfg file goes outside of the packages file but within the mods folder. In other words when you click on the mods folder, you will see your packages folder and the resource.cfg file together. Hope this helps. I have most of Twallan's mods and I love them.

I am anorexic and I have depression and an anxiety disorder. I've been going to therapy, seeing doctors, and overall, I'm really resource and time consuming. My dads been out of town for two weeks and I have a 13 and a 3 year old brothers so I'm tryin to help out around the house by cleaning, cooking, and doing other chores. My 13 year old brother watches my 3 year old brother and gets lots of thanks and praise. When I help, I get thanks but I just feel unappreciated and really guilty all the time. I try to relieve my moms stress but I'm not good enough. I tried talking to my mom about how I feel and she said 90% of her time and resources go into me and she's overwhelmed by me and says I'm mentally distorted. She says that the things I do to "help" are just things that should come natural when you're a part of a family and that I should do those things automatically. She says that she never knows what she's gonna get when she talks to me cuz I might be angry or moody and she feels like she never says anything right to me because I'm so sensitive. For the last 2 hours I've been crying so much and I feel so useless and guilty I want to die.. I'm never going to be good enough and helpful because I'm so high maintaince and difficult to my mom. I hate myself and I wish I could be a good person. I try so hard but it's never enough :'( please help me!!! :(

As someone who used to work in south Texas these events were usually the result of dry air moving south or southeast into the area from central/west Texas. At this time of year the Sun is already fairly high in the sky due to the low latitude of south Texas and with the surface fairly barren in that area the air tends to warm pretty well. I noticed the dew points in that area today had fallen from the 40s and 50s into the 20s and 30s as dry air advected in from the north and northwest. This dry air usually doesn't make it to VCT or Houston and thus they do not warm as much. I sometimes chuckled when a "cold front" passed BRO and the temperatures warmed dramatically since the winds switch from moist onshore to dry offshore.

How to fix this computer?

I'm pretty good with computers, and i went to my grandmas house this week and while im here i've been fixing up everyones computer, and my aunts friend brought her laptop over and i heard it was kind of slow and everything, but i figured it could manage. It's horribly slow, has about 115 processes and cpu spikes from now and then. Was going to install malwarebytes/ Avast Internet Security/Ccleaner, and clean it all up, but it won't even connect to the internet. She has Vista, and the start menu looks different and i can't really find find my way around to a good scanner. (found HP health check, but gave me nothing, and screen went completely white while looking through the resource monitor) If anyone can help me diagnose the internet problem, that would be great. Advice for family who's been cheated on and riped off?

one of my family recently founded out that she was cheated by her husband. They are in divorce proceeding right now, and her husband wanted to claim half of marital assets, even though about 90% of their joint asset are earned by her. These crimes were strikeable offenses and I did receive strikes (you cant strike out on 1 case). I have a 17 year suspended sentence. There has to be something I can do, no matter how bad my chances may seem, to get these off my record. I was looking at 20-35 years in prison and by the grace of God alone, I only served county time. There has to be something that california law, some exemption, some loophole or special circumstance? Joining the Army Reserve perhaps? Really I am open to all suggestions. Raising Backyard Chickens?

I just moved onto a 30 acre farm and live next to my landlord who has a portable chicken coop that he moves around his 'side' of the property where all the hens are free range. Feeding Ducklings:How much starter crumbs do you give?

We just had a little flock of 6 abandoned ducklings. Since they were two days old, we fed them chopped spinach/grated carrots/and mashed boiled yolk til we were able to get a sack of Duckling Starter Crumbs. Since then, we fill the bottom of a small plate (8 1/2 cm diameter exactly). and feed them every day (often emptying and refilling once they get wet or soiled every two hours or so). But something struck us and made us realise what on earth we were doing was pretty reckless and rather stupid. We have no idea how much exactly to give as their daily portions. We know we should switch to pellets after 3-4 weeks, but the bag doesn't explain anything else. So we were hoping if someone here knows and can lend a hand in this dellimma. So far the ducklings seem fine, and they're now bigger and look very much like a normal 1-week old duck now. So far it feels like they're doing okay, still, we hope to know more on what we're doing. Memphis has a January average that is just one degree cooler than Dallas! We are only talking 220 miles between these cities of Memphis and Saint Louis. Which Business major should I choose, Management or Human Resources?

I am going to major in business administration at Community College and then I am going to transfer to a senior university to finish my bachelor's degree. They have a few different options but I do not know which one to go into. I am not sure exactly what kind of career that I want but I know that I would probably be happier in the business field than anything else. They offer these majors in the business field: accounting,acquisition and contract management,enterprise systems management(ESM)human resource management,logistics and supply chain management,mangement,management of technology. I was looking at either Management or Human Resources but I do not know which one. I have looked at salaries but I can't find out which one of these would get me the highest paying job. I want to know which classes that I should take in my first two years of school so that I am ready. The associate's degree looks like it will be pretty easy compared to the bachelor level degree but I want to make sure that I can get through the bachelor degree program. If anyone has any experience or knowledge concerning this then please let me know something. From what I have seen when I search salary information, having a bachelor's degree in business should get me a job making at least $30,000 a year but I want to make as much as I can. I am not worried about a master's degree right now but I am focused on getting the bachelor's.

Hi, i have been feeding a flock of about 20-30 pigeons at this one area but neighbours are upset. The pigeons always wait for me, there is one with only one feet and another one who has a string tied to its ''finger'' so both of them usually perch on one feet and rest but does not forage i guess. They would wait for me for like 1-2hrs and now i am told to stop. Will they still wait for me everyday? Will the sick pigeons have access to food? I am worried.

I have never tried to bring atheists "into the flock". I've known a few atheists who became Christians who claimed that I was part of the reason, but not many. The interesting thing to me is that I honestly feel these converted atheists are better Christians than I am.

When I was at work I was being harrased and targeted by management because of my involvement with the union. I'm a very large man with numerous skills and resources. I have been using it for over two years and I really like it. I find it so weird that people automatically like somebody just because they are outgoing and confident, even if they are rude and insulting. How do people's birds stay social with people in bird rooms?

I'm thinking of moving my bird into a bird room so we can further expand the flock and have them together in the same room. During summer, I can play with them every day, but my parents are divorced so my birds will have to stay at one house. I can't take them back and forth. My dad can't spend time with them every day, but I could probably go over nearly every day right after school, from 4 until 5. If I miss a day, I think that will be okay because every weekend the birds would be out of their cages for nearly 8 hours on both days. I could leave the bird room door open so they hear my dad come and go, and his girlfriend loves birds so she'd take them out and give them treats and everything. Would this be okay for them? If not, I could put all cages on stands and have places for them in the living room and if my dad needs to he can roll them into the bird room. When I'm in the kitchen of my house there are often birds chirping outside, sometimes very peaceful, other times there is a constant LOUD chirping when I'm doing things I probably shouldn't be doing. You're kidding right? San Antonio is one of, if not the, biggest tourist attraction in Texas. Visit the Alamo. It has been commercialized but then what hasn't these days and it is still very interesting to see where the battle was fought. There is also the Riverwalk, and small tourist boats that take you around for tours. There are a lot of hotels on the Riverwalk, everything from extremely classy and fancy to more affordable ones. San Antonio puts out a small visitor's magazine (it's usually free) that has almost nothing but ads about the different hotels, tourist sights/sites (no pun intended), restaurants, etc. and you can also find most of this stuff online. I am anorexic and I have depression and an anxiety disorder. I've been going to therapy, seeing doctors, and overall, I'm really resource and time consuming. My dads been out of town for two weeks and I have a 13 and a 3 year old brothers so I'm tryin to help out around the house by cleaning, cooking, and doing other chores. My 13 year old brother watches my 3 year old brother and gets lots of thanks and praise. When I help, I get thanks but I just feel unappreciated and really guilty all the time. I try to relieve my moms stress but I'm not good enough. I tried talking to my mom about how I feel and she said 90% of her time and resources go into me and she's overwhelmed by me and says I'm mentally distorted. She says that the things I do to "help" are just things that should come natural when you're a part of a family and that I should do those things automatically. She says that she never knows what she's gonna get when she talks to me cuz I might be angry or moody and she feels like she never says anything right to me because I'm so sensitive. For the last 2 hours I've been crying so much and I feel so useless and guilty I want to die.. I'm never going to be good enough and helpful because I'm so high maintaince and difficult to my mom. Okay, so here's the story. I'm a pessimist. My only friends are girls because they aren't babbling idiots like the guys in the school. Most of the guys hate me because the girls are flocking around me. I don't know why. On the last day of school the only girl who can actually make me laugh came up and kissed be to go into a crowd of girls who squealed while the guys came over and clasped my shoulder, patted me on the back and there were comments of "get some" and "good job" Later when the year book arrived we were the voted class couple, where the class votes who would make a good couple. Chicken Help!! Any suggestions?

I have a chicken, probably around 2-3 yrs old, we got her and some of her buddies on the 4th of April. About a month ago, we introduced some new young birds, gradually, and now everyone is co-existing well. On Friday, I noticed my big girl Biggie, had her comb was discolored and laying on her head (usually is erect and a bright red), she seemed very slow, delayed reactions and very careful about where she stepped. She's way out of it. She is not eating, depressed like, stays to herself, not interested in her free time (not even when everyone sounds the worm alarm and they go nuts) she'll just stand or lay there, not interested. There has been a few times where I see her yawning (like she's trying to dislodge some thing, but she's not gaging or choking) and she occasionally has a goober of drool from her beak. Her breathing is rapid, and she has some runny stool, but its not clumped on her bottom and she is not herself at all. The young birds were de wormed 2x prior before introduction, and the big girls were de wormed 2x before the introduction and as an entire flock they were de wormed after introduction. My husband cleans the entire coop ever 2-3 days, they are fed crumble, oyster shells every day, and corn 1 to 2 x a week thrown out in their paddock where they have free time. They get free time in a controlled setting, and are allowed to forage for bugs and on grass. I don't think she is laying, she's hardly walking or eating. We separated her to prevent the other girls from picking on her. Any suggestions. I was leaning towards coccidosis, however, labored breathing doesn't fit into the symptoms, and sour croup, but she doesn't have a smell? Any suggestions. I've tried all the vets around here, and none of them see chickens and yest we are in a rural area! ={ They suggest butchering her to prevent contamination of the rest of the flock.... ok if I need to , but I will not do that yet, because I don't know what it is and no other birds are displaying any of her symptoms.
