Script problem? Router problem?

I have no idea what happen. first facebook wouldnt work, it shows nothing but the blue bar on top. Then Aol wouldnt load my emails. next hotmail wouldnt let me open my emails either. i thought it was the java script or flash player on my computer but I tried it on my brothers computer but its still the same thing. then i tried my netbook and it still the same. Is it possible that the router couldnt recieve certain scripts or resources? Please help, seem like all the computer in this house isnt working.
