Vegas100.msi Failed to install?

1. Make sure your .net framework is up to date, 2. Take ownership of the install file, and right click the file and click run as administrator. 3. Download, install, and run CCleaner from www.download.com, some people said that sony vegas wouldn't install untill they had cleaned out there temp folders. Good luck.
