Where can I find Grants in Louisiana to open a daycare center ?

I have the opportunity to purchase a pre existing daycare center and make neccessary improvements and there is already a Director that can run it until I can get my Degree and take it over....but I need to find funding and I cannot pay back a huge loan on a business that is not operational yet..Please any suggestions or GRANT resources would be MOST appreciated.......
