What can you do as a religious person today to bring atheists into the flock?

I have never tried to bring atheists "into the flock". I've known a few atheists who became Christians who claimed that I was part of the reason, but not many. The interesting thing to me is that I honestly feel these converted atheists are better Christians than I am.
