Texas A&M Corpus Christi or Texas State University?

I am looking into Early Childhood Education or Elementary Education. I have heard that TSU is a party school which makes me hestitant. I have morals that I intend to hopefully keep in college as well. I used to live in Corpus when I was younger and I still to this day am in love with it. Both seem like great colleges, I just would like some outside opinion on either of the two. Thank you so much!
