Im at the ocean and now im itching?

So im at the beach in corpus christi and i went swimming in the ocean and i got these little bug spider looking things there clean and ugly and they bite. Putting it simple i got some down in my vagina and on my breast and i showerd and scrubbed real good and its been a few hours now. And it still burns on my left vagina lip and around my nipples. Could it be i scrached to hard? What do you think and is there anything i can do to realive the pain?
