I want to learn everything about computers.?

hello, i have done a lot of research going from site to site. I was unable to find what i was looking for, so here i am. I want to learn exactly how to make my own computer chips, program them and use them. as i am only 17, some of my resources might be limited. Could someone direct me to a website or perhaps a book about this topic?
