I'm really bad with my words so I was thinking about writing my mom a letter to ask her something?

Basically, I was considering writing a persuasive essay to my mom about moving to Corpus Christi considering I have very legitimate reasons as to why I want to move and I've always been heaps better with writing than I have been with my speaking due to the fact that I stumble over my words, talk to fast, and stutter. What should I say in my essay? I want to make it as professional looking as possible.
