How do I make the Teen Pregnancy Mod for Sims 3 to work?

I've done everything it says to do. I've made the folder Mods and in the Mods I made the folder Packages. I have the Resources.cfg file. and I have the pregnancy mod in the packages folder. All the files are Packages too. Still, for some reason it's still not working? If you guys could help me that'd be awesome! Thank you!
