HELP PLEASE, I am interested in human resources in the faculty of business but im not good at calculations?

i have to take courses such as calculus, finance, accounting. i just completed statistics and managed to pass with a C. I'm thinking of switching to Arts and getting a degree in Labor studies since they are related. does it make sense to major in labor studies and minor in human resource? or major in labor studies and later get my masters in human resource? thank you
