Can someone show me the way in calculate concentration of vitamin C in fruit as mg/g with titration of DCPIP?

and the standard deviation of the answer too. what does the standard deviation here mean? urgent help need here!! i can't find any reference of books and online resources..... thz a lot!!!! =]
