Are there hummingbirds on the Texas Gulf coast during Spring and Summer?

I have just moved to Rockport, TX. It is about 30 miles north of Corpus Christi. I cannot seem to find information on whether hummingbirds live here in the spring and summer months. I know masses of them migrate through here in the fall, but I am wondering if I should put a hummingbird feeder up in spring and summer as well.
